Everything we ever ask for
- A reservation: a name, a phone number, a date, a time and how many are coming.
- An email: your address and the message itself, kept only long enough to answer it.
- Kitchen and bar transaction records, required by tax and liquor licensing law.
- Aggregate page counts for this website — totals only, with no profile attached to a person.

Does anyone else receive it?
Two suppliers see fragments of it — whoever hosts these pages and whoever does our books — and both are bound to keep it quiet. None of it is sold.
If we get it wrong?
Raise it with us and it gets corrected. If our answer is not good enough, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner takes complaints and we will not hold it against you.
